Set me thinking. Why 165 words? 100 is the length for a 'drabble' although although some writers call any very short piece of writing a drabble, and 'flash fiction' usually refers to a story between 300 and 1000 words.
Anyway. 165 words. (Including the title) Any subject. Sounds easy doesn't it! Sooo.. errrrr... And after a week of thinking about it I am still no nearer getting an idea! I don't want to do a trite 'twist in the tail' story, and to be honest, angst doesn't lend itself to very short accounts. The drabble for the UFO episode 'Identified' was relatively simple as I had specified that the drabbles had to be about what happened after the end credits, and I already have several others written for further episodes! Something will come to mind! ( I hope!)
Regarding other writing, I am trying to get to grips with all the unfinished stuff that has been vying for my attention. Not done any art work for a long time either. Everything seems to be in abeyance somehow, but once I have the one thing that is holding me back from writing, then I can crack on!
