BUT, I have finally realised where the problem is with Shepherd, and tomorrow I will settle down and do that bit that I have tried to avoid doing. It's not as if it's a difficult part to do, but I have baulked at doing it simply because Paul is not the easiest character to write ( or perhaps I am still scared of him!!) However, having 'cheated' and done a later scene with Paul, I feel more confident now. My beta-reader will be the ultimate judge though!
Read a wonderful dictionary description of 'Canon-crashing' which is where a writer puts a Mary-Sue/Self into a story in order that they can completely destroy any realism that the story might once have had to the original series.. There are several Thunderbirds ones out there that completely fit that description!
And tomorrow, well, maybe tomorrow. I will post more of Shepherd. Maybe.
